Front Desk Plus
Link:Q Front Desk + gives you all the benefits of a Link:Q Front Desk but with the ability to list up to 20 staff members, each with their own choice of message delivery (e-mail, fax, pager or mobile phone).
For each contact listed there can be a customised closing phrase eg
"Thank you for calling the credit department" or "Your call will be returned within 24 hours". As with all Link:Q's services, each contact has the choice of any or all of our message delivery methods.
