Web Services connection provides customers the ability of multi channel access through Link:Q networks, gateways, and infrastructure. The customers use Link:Q's infrastructure to send messages using their own standard technology to seamlessly integrate and send large volumes i.e. up to 50,000 numbers of SMS traffic.
This service utilises a recently developed Web Services (SOAP) connection to Link:Q's messaging gateway. This connection represents an extension of the existing Link:Q SMS Messaging product range, whereby customers use the backbone of Link:Q's infrastructure to send messages over a variety of industry protocols.
Link Q can tailor all their messaging needs, including:
- Sending Messages (Outbond VoIP messages) - messages will be able to be submitted to the messaging gateway via a web service call
- Provisioning Messaging Service - SMS, Email/Fax and Paging
- Voice Mail via IVR
