Choose from a variety of off-the-shelf applications to manage your contacts and send your messages. Many specialised software packages will allow you to monitor a variety of automated systems, set up escalations and connect directly to the Link:Q network via a leased line or dial up connection.

Or use the Link:Q Software Development kit to create your own desktop application which will integrate into the Link:Q network. The kit includes technical specifications and testing regimes for connection into the Link:Q network free of charge. Your customised system will then operate in the same manner as Link:Q via Direct Access software.
